Jesse Schneider is entering his second year coaching pole vault at Concordia University. He was a member of the track & field team at University of Wisconsin-River Falls for three years after the men’s team was reinstated in 2002. While at River Falls, Schneider competed in the pole vault and was training for the multi-event before a knee injury ended his collegiate career. He coached one female qualifier at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field nationals and multiple conference place winners in the pole vault.
Schneider graduated with a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2005, and obtained a Continuing Education Certificate in Land Surveying from St. Cloud State University in 2007. He works at Ulteig Engineers in Minneapolis as a Land Survey Technician.
