Sweet Sixteen Run Ends
May. 12 - SIOUX FALLS, S. D. - The Golden Bears (33-23) magical run ended on Saturday as they fell 10-2 at the hands of the Augustana Vikings (53-10). Concordia went up 2-0 early but were undone by an eight run fourth inning as Augustana sent 12 batters to the plate in the inning. A school record was broke on Saturday as Concordia stole their 103 base of the year which sets a new school mark. BOX SCORE
Augustana Uses HR's to take 1-0 Series Lead
May. 11 - SIOUX FALLS, S. D. - The Augustana Vikings (52-10) hit three homers, two from Janelle Trautmann as they beat Concordia (33-21) 9-3 in the first game of the best of three series on Friday afternoon. Tjornhom, Anderson NFCA All-Region
May. 10 - STARKVILLE, Miss. - Just two days after being named Daktronics All-Region both Katie Anderson (Mendota Height, Minn.) and Erin Tjornhom (Eagan, Minn.) were named to the NFCA All-Central Region Second Team on the eve of the Central Region Super Regional. It is the third post season award for both players after also being named to the NSIC First Team. FULL RELEASE
Golden Bears Set for Super Regionals
May. 10 - SIOUX FALLS, S. D. - The Golden Bears are in Sioux Falls for their practice session on Thursday as they get ready to kick off their best of three series with the Augustana Vikings on Friday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. Concordia will try to reach the NCAA Elite Eight with a pair of wins against the #16 Vikings.

Anderson, Tjornhom All-Central Region
May. 08 - SIOUX FALLS, S. D. - Seniors Katie Anderson (Mendota Height, Minn.) and Erin Tjornhom (Eagan, Minn.) have been leading Concordia all season and for their efforts they have been named to the Daktronics All-Central Region Team. Anderson finds herself on the First Team and Tjornhom is on the second team. Anderson will now move on to the National Ballot with voting starting on Wednesday. FULL RELEASE
