CU golfers volunteer for Feed My Starving Children
Nov. 13 - ST PAUL, Minn. - The Concordia University men's and women's golf teams volunteered their time to the Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) organization this afternoon in Eagan, Minn. Busy weekend for CU golfers
Oct. 08 - ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Concordia University men's and women's golf teams are geared up and ready to partake in a busy weekend at the golf course. #19 CU Women's golfers head into the final week of their fall season in full swing. The men's squad will be running all over the Twin Cities hitting a variety of golf courses in the metro area.
Golden Bears Finish Sixth at UNO Invite
Oct. 05 - OMAHA, Neb. - In the second round of the UNO Fall Classic, every team in the top-six except Upper Iowa saw a double-digit increase in their team score on the final 18 holes as #19 Concordia University took sixth out of 10 teams, firing a 317+348=665, 35 strokes ahead of the rest of the competition. Junior Kaytie Spangler led CU with a 77+82=159 to tie for eighth out of 56 women's individual golfers. FULL RESULTS

OMAHA, Neb. - Laura Petterson (Fr., Lakeville, Minn.) led the Golden Bear golfers at the Maverick Invite earlier this afternoon. Petterson is tied for 3rd place after the first round of play at Ironwood Golf Course. The freshman shot a 75 to lead all CU golfers. Oct. 02 - ST. PAUL, Minn. - #19 The Concordia University Women's Golf team moved up one spot in the Golf World/National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) Women's Division II rankings. The Golden Bears were ranked 20th in this years preseason polls. CU heads into the final two weeks of the season holding on to the #19 ranking in the country. NGCA RELEASE
