CU golfers volunteer for Feed My Starving Children
Nov. 13 - ST PAUL, Minn. - The Concordia University men's and women's golf teams volunteered their time to the Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) organization this afternoon in Eagan, Minn. PAUL, Minn. - The Concordia University men's and women's golf teams are geared up and ready to partake in a busy weekend at the golf course. #19 CU Women's golfers head into the final week of their fall season in full swing. The men's squad will be running all over the Twin Cities hitting a variety of golf courses in the metro area.
Golden Bears Slip in Round Two at NSIC Championships
Oct. 05 - HASTINGS, Minn. - The Concordia University men's golf team fell from second to seventh out of the nine Northern Sun men's golf teams at the NSIC Men's Golf Fall Championship played at Hastings Country Club. After concluding their second round of the five round championship, the Golden Bears' team score of 633 is still within striking distance of second place St. Cloud State who has a 611 while NSIC leader Minnesota State holds a healthy 42 stroke lead over CU. HASTINGS, Minn. - The Concordia University men's golf team completed the first round of play of the NSIC Championships this afternoon at Hastings Country Club. On a dreary day at the golf course the Golden Bears find themselves within reach of the top spot on the leader board after the first day of competition. CU shot a 302, +14 par and sits in 3rd place after the first round of the fall portion of the NSIC Championships. ROUND 1 RESULTS
