Concordia University senior Bryan Lippincott (Johnston, Iowa) was named the Central Region Player of the Year while teammate junior Greg Larpenter (Urbandale, Iowa) was a Gold Glove First Team outfielder. May. 14 - DENVER - The National Collegiate Baseball Writer's Association (NCBWA) released the 2012 All-Central Region baseball teams and award winners, with Concordia University senior Bryan Lippincott (Des Moines, Iowa) named the NCBWA Central Region Player of the Year. PAUL, Minn. - Concordia University head baseball coach Mark "Lunch" McKenzie has announced that eight players have signed to play for the Golden Bears in the 2013 season, joining the two early signees from the fall signing period. The incoming class of 2013 includes players from three time zones, three U.S. states and two countries in North America.

OMAHA, Neb. - For the second consecutive season, Concordia University senior third baseman Bryan Lippincott (Des Moines, Iowa) has been named a semifinalst for the Tino Martinez Award for the most outstanding player in Division II college baseball. May. 08 - BURNSVILLE, Minn. - The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference has announced the 2012 Baseball All-Conference teams and individual award winners, with senior Bryan Lippincott (Des Moines, Iowa) being named the NSIC Player of the Year. Junior centerfielder Greg Larpenter (Urbandale, Iowa) was honored by winning a Gold Glove with his outstanding play in center.
