2011: Named a Collegiate Baseball News Preseason Newcomer to Watch ... earned a key role as a starting pitcher as a true freshman, starting six games while appearing in seven ... was fifth on the team with 35.2 innings ... his seven doubles allowed ranked second in the Northern Sun among qualified starting pitchers ... earned first collegiate win against U-Mary (4/18/11 game 1), working 6.0 innings while allowing three runs on seven hits with two strikeouts and two walks ... pitched into the sixth inning in his collegiate debut against Wheeling Jesuit (3/8/11), earning a no decision although Concordia won the game as he struck out a season-high five batters in his first start ... pitched at least 4.0 innings in all six starts, working deep enough into each start to get a win ... struck out three or more hitters in five of his seven appearances ... pitched into the seventh inning against Minnesota Duluth (5/3/11 game 2) in his final start of the year, working 6.1 innings, allowing one earned run on six hits with three strikeouts and one walk in a hard luck loss.

Born January 12, 1992 ... son of Mike and Wanda Kramer ... has two older brothers, James and Jared, and an older sister, sister Anna ... his older brother James played baseball at Concordia-St. Paul (2004-07) as well and his other brother, Jared, is his teammate this year (2011-present) ... all three Kramer brothers played together in the 2010 Concordia Alumni Game ... Adam intends to major in business management with a sports management minor.
