ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Concordia University athletic department will hold a formal National Championship banner unveiling for the Golden Bear volleyball team this Friday evening.  The honorary affair will take place between the women's and men's basketball games against Minnesota, Crookston at approximately 7:30 pm. 

All fans, alumni, followers and media are invited to the Gangelhoff Center for the banner unveiling, which marks the first official time following the 2008 NCAA Championship run that the Golden Bear volleyball team will view the banner that will forever hang in recognition of the team's tremendous achievement.  The banner will be hung next to the volleyball team's 2007 National Championship flag.
