The reigning CU Female Athlete of the Week adds another honor following her outstanding play at the Mustang Invite.

Hauser tied her career low round by firing a 75 in the first round of the Mustang Invite in Marshall, Minn. She came back in round two and nearly equaled her PR again, shooting a 76. She finished a season-best seven over par, shooting a 151 to tie for second of 102 golfers, helping CU finish third as a team. Hauser has placed in the top five in all three of the invitationals this year, and her season average of 77.8 is nearly six strokes better than her 83.2 career average and is six strokes above par for the year. The 151 she shot this past weekend was four strokes better than her previous career best performance in a two round invitational, set last year at the Drury Lady Panther Classic during the fall season.
