Sep. 16– MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - The Golden Bear baseball team may have contributed to a penant chase turnaround for the Minnesota Twins. But it's the Twins that contributed to CU baseball fundraising! Concordia turned out a record 127 tickets sold to the Minnesota Twins vs. Cleveland Indians game on Tuesday, September 16, making it the most successful CU Baseball Night at the Metrodome in it's third season of the fundraising venture. Concordia baseball would like to thank all that helped make this evening a huge success and look forward to a fourth CU Baseball Night with the Twins next season at Target Field! The Golden Bear baseball team continues to prepare for the 2010 campaign with their fall season, highlighted by the alumni game on Saturday, October 3 at Barnes Field for Homecoming!
