PAUL, Minn. - The local media's involvement in covering the natural gas leak near Concordia University's campus provided a unique opportunity for Concordia's Communications Director, Jill Johnson, to highlight the construction of Sea Foam Stadium to a reporter live on the scene. Local channel 5, KSTP-TV, picked up the story and ran with it, conducting interviews with University Vice President Dr. Eric LaMott and Athletic Director Tom Rubbelke this afternoon.
