Apr. 29– Freshman Mickey Polley (Shafter, CA) finished eighth with a score of 4753 in the NSIC decathlon held Monday and Tuesday on the campus of Northern State in Aberdeen, SD.  Bemidji State's Zac Preble won the event with a score of 6669.

Points earned by competitors at the multi-event will be counted as team points on May 9-10 when the NSIC championships will be held in Wayne, NE at Wayne State.
