Apr. 17– The Concordia University baseball team is ranked seventh in the most recent NCAA Central Region Rankings, released this morning. The Golden Bears, currently 16-10 overall and 10-6 in the NSIC, are seeking their first NCAA Baseball Tournament berth in school history while also fighting for positioning in the NSIC Standings to compete for the NSIC Championship at the conference tournament in May. The top six teams in the final region poll will compete in the NCAA Regional, with three of those teams earning automatic bids from the conference championships (NSIC, NCC, MIAA).
