Apr. 17– For the second day in a row, the Concordia men's team finished in fifth place at the par-71 6551 yard Jewel Golf Course in Lake City while competing in the Golden Bear Spring Invite.  The Bears shot a team score of 329.  Winona State tooke team honors with a 307.

Nick Gallaway led the Bears with a 81, while Danny Johnson was one shot back with a 82 and Steven Atwood and Matt Alford both shot 83.  Minn. Crookston's Steven Busho took home medalist honors with a 72.
