Concordia freshman Kelly Godwin earned first team NSIC all-tournament honors with a 315 to finish in a tie for fifth. Freshman Amanda Bearson was second team NSIC all-tournament with ninth-place finish (324).
Winona State’s Morgan Prosher won the NSIC tournament as she finished the four rounds with a total of 304. Upper Iowa’s Rachael Schmidt and twin sister Rochelle round out the top three finishers with scores of 310 and 311.
The NSIC Women’s Golf Championship consists of 72 holes, 36 being played in the fall and the final 36 in the spring. SW Minnesota State had won the previous six NSIC Women’s Golf Championship prior to this season.
