Concordia, who opened 2007 with three road games, will open 2008 with three home games.
The schedule for the Golden Bears features only one non-conference game when Concordia hosts Minot State in their second game of the season. They close out their three game homestand with MSU Moorhead on Sept. 13.
The 2008 season marks a new challenge in the Northern Sun with four new schools entering the league: Minnesota Duluth, Augustana College, Minnesota State, Mankato and St. Cloud State. Concordia will face UMD, Augustana (home, Sept. 27) and Minnesota State (away, Oct. 11) but will not play SCSU this season.
Concordia has six home games scheduled, adding Southwest Minnesota State and Upper Iowa to UMD, Minot State, MSUM and Augie. Their road schedule is challenging with NSIC Champion Winona State, co-second place finishers U-Mary and Wayne State and fourth place Bemidji State.
The Golden Bears finished 4-7 overall and 3-6 in the Northern Sun in 2007.
