ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference has released the 2008-09 Winter All-Academic Teams this afternoon, with Concordia garnering 18 student-athletes representing men's & women's basketball and men's & women's indoor track & field. FULL ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
To be eligible for the honor, the student-athlete must be a member of the varsity traveling team and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or better. Furthermore, the student-athlete must have reached sophomore academic and athletic standing at the institution represented with one full year completed at that particular institution.
The Golden Bears had four men's basketball, four women's basketball, four men's indoor track & field and six women's indoor track & field selections.
